1. Orders & Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a phone call or email from us to organise delivery.
We deliver across the local Gladstone area. Enter your postal code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Standard delivery within the Gladstone area typically takes 1–10 business days if your item is in stock. However, if using the Sassi delivery service outside of the Gladstone area (e.g., Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Agnes and 1770) delivery time frames may be extended until our truck visits the area.
2. Payment & Billing
We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets.
Yes. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption to ensure your payment information is protected.
Yes. A digital invoice will be emailed to you after your order is confirmed.
3. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
As per the ACCC we will not provide a refund or replacement on items if you change your mind. A store credit may be provided but is subject to discretion. Please refer to our refund and return policy for further details.

4. Product Care & Maintenance
Follow our Product Care & Maintenance Guidelines. Regular cleaning, proper placement, and timely maintenance will ensure longevity.
Only products specified as outdoor furniture are suitable for external use. Protect furniture from extreme weather to avoid damage.
5. Account & Membership
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and receive exclusive offers.
