4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using:
  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay / ZipPay (if available)
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.
  • Your order is considered accepted only once we send a Shipping Confirmation Email.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will:
    1. Offer an alternative product, or
    2. Provide a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

  • Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your product is:
  • Faulty or defective
    1. Significantly different from description/sample
    2. Unsafe or unfit for purpose
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted only at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

8. Warranties

  • Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranties are in addition to your ACL rights.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear

11. Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store credit must be used within 12 months of issue.

  • Discounts cannot be combined unless stated.
